Soft washing instead of high pressure

Vinyl, brick, Hardie and painted siding all come clean at low pressure. We run a soft wash: a cleaning solution does the work on the mold, algae and pollen, and the rinse carries it off. High pressure on siding forces water behind the seams and strips paint, so we do not use it there.
