These terms apply to this website and to exterior cleaning work performed by Sully's Pressure Washing, Winston-Salem, North Carolina. By requesting an estimate, booking work or using this site, you agree to them. If you have questions, call or text (336) 936-5689 before you book.
What we do
We provide exterior cleaning services including house washing, driveway and sidewalk cleaning, roof cleaning, gutter cleaning, deck and fence cleaning, window cleaning, commercial washing and seasonal holiday lighting. The specific work covered by your job is what is written on your estimate.
Estimates and pricing
Estimates are given in writing and are valid for 30 days unless we say otherwise. An estimate is based on the information and access we had at the time. If the property turns out to be materially different from what was described, for example a larger area, a second story we were not told about, or heavy staining that needs additional treatment, we will stop, tell you what it changes and get your approval before continuing. We do not add charges you have not agreed to.
Scheduling, access and cancellation
You do not need to be home for most jobs, but we do need access to the property, an outside water spigot, and unlocked gates where the work requires it. If we arrive and cannot access the property or the water, we may need to reschedule. Please give us at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or move an appointment so we can offer the slot to someone else.
Weather
Exterior cleaning depends on the weather. We may need to reschedule for rain, high wind, lightning or freezing temperatures. We will contact you as early as we can and move you to the next available slot.
Payment
Payment is due on completion of the work unless we have agreed different terms in writing. We accept the payment methods listed on your invoice. Larger commercial jobs may require a deposit, which will be stated on the estimate.
Property condition and your responsibilities
Before we start, please close windows and doors, move vehicles clear of the work area, and tell us about anything we should know: loose siding, failing sealant, damaged screens, rotten wood, older paint, leaking windows, well water, an irrigation system, or plants that need particular care. We cannot be responsible for damage arising from pre-existing conditions we were not told about and could not reasonably see. We are fully insured and we take care of your property, and if we do damage something we will say so and put it right.
What cleaning can and cannot do
Cleaning removes dirt, mold, algae, pollen and organic growth. It does not repair or replace surfaces. Some staining is permanent, including rust, oxidation, artillery fungus, deep-set oil and etching in concrete. Where we expect a limit on the result, we tell you before the job rather than after.
If something is not right
If you are not happy with the work, tell us within seven days of the job and we will come back and look at it. Most issues are quick to put right.

The text, photographs and design on this site belong to Sully's Pressure Washing. Please do not copy or reuse them without permission. Project photos show real work we have completed, and results on your property will depend on its surfaces and condition.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by North Carolina law, our liability for any claim relating to a job is limited to the amount paid for that job. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, and any dispute will be handled in the courts of Forsyth County, North Carolina.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version posted here on the date of your job is the version that applies.
