Is pressure washing safe for all surfaces?
Not at the same pressure. Siding and roofs are cleaned with a soft wash, which uses low pressure and a cleaning solution to do the work. Concrete is cleaned with higher pressure using a surface cleaner for an even finish. We do not use high pressure on wood. The right method depends on the material, its finish, its age and its condition.

What cleaning solutions do you use?
We use professional cleaning solutions matched to the surface and to the type of growth on it. Where appropriate, this includes sodium hypochlorite based solutions for organic growth. We wet down and rinse plants before and after cleaning and protect surrounding areas. If there is a particular plant, finish or material you are concerned about, let us know before we start and we will plan around it.
How soon can service be scheduled?
Scheduling depends on the season, the weather and our current workload. During spring and summer we can be booked several weeks out, so we recommend booking early. If something is urgent, call us and we will see what we can do.

Michael Sullivan has worked as a professional firefighter for over 20 years, and he runs Sully's Pressure Washing the same way. Jobs are scheduled and started on time, the work follows a set process, and every job is checked before it is marked complete.
How often should you pressure wash a house?

Homes with heavy tree cover, north-facing siding, or ground closer to the woods can grow algae and mildew faster and may need attention every six to eight months.
